How to order

Placing an order:

Step 1: Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click on “add to cart (quote)”.

Step 2: Select the shipping option you want to receive your parcel with.

Step 3: Click on “Proceed to checkout”.

Step 4: On the checkout page, fill in your details and click on “Place order”.

Step 5: You will receive a notification email, letting you know that we received your order and it’s being reviewed.

Step 6: You will receive a second email, providing you with an invoice containing the order and payment details, after which you can make a manual eft payment to confirm you order.

Availability of stock:

In stock – items are available and ready to be dispatched after payment (24hrs).

Out of stock – items are unavailable.

On backorder – items are available, but needs to be ordered from suppliers .  Please allow a dispatch period of 5-10 days.  Prices are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Rope products:

All our items under the “Rope Product” category, are hand made on order.  Although the options displays as “In stock”, these items needs to be manufacture.  Please allow a dispatch period of 7-14 days.

Clients are welcome to enquire for a custom made item as well, which can be discussed during the confirmation process, should you need your item to be custom made on options not available on the product fields.
